These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of wlpcapital.co, operated by WLP Capital. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About WLP Capital
WLP Capital is an independent insurance agency. Brady White is a licensed insurance producer in Oregon, Arizona, Michigan, New Mexico, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, and Virginia. WLP Capital is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or accounting firm, and does not provide tax, legal, investment, or financial planning advisory services. Insurance products discussed on the Site are issued by third-party insurance carriers. WLP Capital is not the issuer of any insurance product.
2. Educational Information Only
The content on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes:
- An offer to sell or solicitation to buy any insurance product in any state where Brady White is not licensed.
- Tax or legal advice.
- A recommendation or guarantee of any specific strategy or outcome.
- A binding agreement to provide services.
Any decision to pursue an insurance product or capital strategy should be made only after consultation with your own licensed tax, legal, and financial professionals.
3. No Attorney-Client, Fiduciary, or Advisory Relationship
Use of this Site, submission of the contact form, and any preliminary communication with WLP Capital does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, an investment advisory relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship. Any client relationship with WLP Capital is established only through a signed engagement and the submission of an actual insurance application, subject to underwriting and carrier acceptance.
4. Forward-Looking Statements and Illustrations
Any case studies, examples, illustrations, or projections presented on the Site are illustrative only. Values shown reflect non-guaranteed projections based on current assumptions. Actual results will vary based on policy performance, underwriting, premium funding, market conditions, tax law, and other factors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The death benefit is the primary feature of any permanent life insurance policy discussed on this Site. Loans and withdrawals reduce both cash value and death benefit, and excessive withdrawals may cause a policy to lapse with potential adverse tax consequences.
5. Eligibility and Qualification
Use of this Site does not guarantee that you qualify for any service offered by WLP Capital. Qualification for any specific strategy is determined based on a complete review of your financial situation, objectives, time horizon, and demonstrated need for life insurance death benefit. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit information through this Site. If you are an athlete or NIL recipient under 18, a parent or legal guardian must contact us on your behalf.
6. Accuracy of Information You Provide
When you submit information through the contact form or in any subsequent communication, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation of information on an insurance application can void coverage, trigger claim denial, and result in legal consequences.
7. Permitted Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Transmit unsolicited advertising.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WLP CAPITAL, ITS PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WLP CAPITAL'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WLP Capital, its principals, employees, contractors, agents, and strategic partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or any inaccuracy in information you submit through the Site.
13. Insurance-Specific Provisions
Nothing in these Terms supersedes or modifies any rights you may have under applicable state insurance law, including the right to a free-look period on any insurance policy you purchase, replacement disclosure rights, or rights under applicable state insurance regulations. If you become a client of WLP Capital and proceed with an insurance application, the terms of the resulting policy will be governed by the policy contract itself, the insurance carrier's terms, and applicable state insurance law.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Oregon shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@wlpcapital.co to attempt informal resolution within 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Oregon.
You and WLP Capital agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis — you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative action. This arbitration provision does not apply to claims before a state insurance regulator, including the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Important Disclosures page, constitute the entire agreement between you and WLP Capital regarding your use of the Site.
